The following Terms and Conditions apply to all holidays booked with Easy Tickets Holidays Pte Ltd, herein shall be known as “The Company”. “You” and “Your” represent you and all persons named in the booking.

You are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions, including on behalf of all persons named in the booking. Please read them carefully as they set out the Company's respective obligations.

 

1.     Booking

To make a booking, please visit the Company website or call the Company to request for a quotation.

Review the quotation and confirm your booking by writing or calling the Company.

 

2.     Payment

Payment may be made in cash, cheque, bank transfer or credit card. An additional service fee will be imposed for certain payment modes and this will be made known to the passenger upon payment.

Deposit

A deposit is required upon all tour bookings. The minimum deposit per passenger (based on tour fare) is:

Balance Payment

Full payment is required 30 days prior to departure.

The Company is entitled to assume that you wish to cancel your booking if the Company does not receive all payments due (including any surcharge where applicable) in full and on time. In this case the cancellation charges set out in clause 5 will apply. In such cases a written notice of cancellation and a cancellation invoice would be sent to you.

Full Payment

Full payment is required upon all instant purchase products such as air tickets and hotels.

 

3.     Prices

All prices published on our website, brochure and marketing materials are for guidance and are based on The Company's in-house own foreign exchange rates in effect on the publication date. Although every effort is taken to ensure prices are accurate at the time of publication, the Company cannot guarantee these prices. All prices are subject to change therefore please check all prices upon time of booking.

The Company reserves the right to alter or correct any prices shown in any published or quoted prices at any time prior to booking.

All prices including all taxes and fuel surcharges are subject to change without prior notice and in the event of any surcharge imposed by relevant suppliers, the company will collect the difference even after full payment is made before departure.

The Company strongly encourages you to check all inclusion and exclusion for all prices quoted.

Prices quoted usually do not include additional items such as visa fees, excess baggage charges, gratuities, tips, portal fee, optional tour (if any) and travel insurance.

 

4.     Amendment by You

Please inform us as soon as possible in writing should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed booking. The Company will endeavor to assist you, but cannot guarantee that all requests will be met. If requested change is possible, The Company will provide with a quote detailing any additional costs imposed by any of the suppliers and The Company amendment fees of S$75 per person.

 

5.     Cancellation by You

Please inform us as soon as possible in writing should you wish to do any cancellation.

Cancellation charges may vary during peak periods (including without limitation, public holidays, day before and after public holidays and school holidays both in Singapore and the destination country).

More than 30 days prior to departure S$500
22-30 days prior to departure  S$1000 or full deposit, whichever higher
15-21 days prior to departure 50% of full fare or full deposit, whichever higher
08-14 days prior to departure 75% of full fare or full deposit, whichever higher
07 days or less Full fare

 

The above chart may not apply to certain bookings. Bookings with special and or promotional prices will incur additional cancellation fees upon booking. Under such circumstances, a separate set of policy will be made known to the passenger at point of booking.

 

6.     Amendment and Cancellation by The Company

The Company will make reasonable efforts to avoid changes.  However, the Company reserves the right to make changes at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, especially during peak periods, festive seasons, etc. We reserve the right to offer similar standard alternative shall your requested is not available. In most cases, the change will be minor and will not entitle you a refund or compensation.
However, shall the change offer by the Company is significant and of a different standard to your request, The Company will try the best to offer a refund to you, subject to any imposing cancellation charges from other suppliers.

 

7.     Travel Insurance

It is your responsibility to have or arrange adequate travel insurance coverage for personal liability, medical and holidays cancellation to be valid from the date of booking till the completion of your holidays. The Company will not be held eligible under all circumstances.

 

8.     Passport, Visa and Health Requirement

It is your responsibility to ensure that your international passport has a validity period of at least 6 months from the date of departure. Relevant visas and vaccinations may also be required, all at your own cost.

Cancellation charges apply for any cancellation due to non-approval of visas or any other reasons as stated above. 

For Singapore permanent residents, please bring along your exit permits when travelling.
For foreign passport holders, it is your responsibility to hold valid re-entry VISAS.

We regret we cannot accept any liability if you are refused entry onto any transport or into any country due to failure on your part to carry all required documentation.

 

9.     Air Ticket

The Company has no control over any flight delay, cancellation or overbooking situation resulting from any airline.

The terms and conditions of the air ticket such as seat selection, baggage allowance, mileage accrual and upgrade eligibility, need to be verified by you upon time of booking.

 

10.   Accommodation

Accommodation is provided for those persons on the booking. In the event the accommodation booked or requested is not available, every effort will be made for an alternative in another accommodation of similar standard.

 

11.   Tour / Attraction / Performance

The Company in cases, might have to switch the sequence of the tour depending on the operating schedule of some tour, attraction and/or performance.

 

12.   Special Request

If there are any special requests such as dietary requirements, adjoining rooms and others, please inform the Company upon time of booking. Such requests are subject to availability and confirmation.

 

13.   Responsibility and Liability

The Company and its associates act only as an agent for the service providers including without limitation, transportation companies, hotels and other service providers for the tour programs. Therefore, the Company accepts no liability for any loss or damages caused by the acts, omissions or negligence of any Supplier.

The Company accepts no liability nor responsibility for injuries, damage, accident, loss (including without limitation, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss, economic loss), delay, theft, quarantine, customs regulation, strike, force majeure, changes in itinerary, deportation or refusal of entry by Immigration Authorities resulting from improper travel documents, possession of unlawful items or irregularities that may be caused to person or property.  Any losses and expenses are to be borne by you.

In the event that the Company is found liable by a court of competent jurisdiction on any basis in relation to your booking done through the Company, the Company’s maximum liability to you is limited to the cost of the booking in question.

The Company reserves the right to alter itineraries, travel arrangements and hotel reservations if needed.

No tour leaders/guides or other employees or agents of the Company are authorized to commit the Company to any liability whatsoever. The Company will not be bound by any statement or representation unless in writing and signed by a management executive of the Company.

The Company reserves the right to take photographs and films of passengers while on tour, to be used for brochures advertising or publicity materials, without the consent of the passengers.

 

14.   Force Majeure

Force majeure, shall include, without limitation, acts of nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disasters), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service and any other circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
